What We Offer
We offer tailored services to meet individual property needs for 24/7 coverage. During snowfalls, ice storms, or freezing rain we provide various services depending on the type of weather and predicted amounts, ensuring a "no snow/no ice" environment. We are able to pre-wet our salt for asphalt surfaces with liquid magnesium upon request.
For snowfalls forecasted to accumulate 2” or greater, we:
- Plow all streets and access roads periodically throughout the storm
- Apply salt after the snowfall and streets are plowed
- Clear sidewalks after the snowfall has stopped
- Treat walks with concrete appropriate de-icing
For snowfalls, forecasted for less than 2”, ice storms, or freezing rain, we:
- Treat streets with salt or salt/sand mixture
- Plow to remove frozen material
- Treat sidewalks with a de-icing compound or sand and de-icing compound
Where required, we provide no snow-no ice services throughout and after the storm 24/7.
